Studio Brief 3 - Context Pictures of Library

Visiting the Exhibition Space

It was found that Room 700 was split into two sections one larger area and one smaller one at the end of it. The room was accessed through the main library entrance, along a corridor and up a set of stairs. The route throughout the building would have to be clearly labelled to allow for visitors to get from either entrance to the exhibition space. Placing the wayfinding potentially at junctions within the route would help to guide the public through the building.  The larger room had a few windows and was fairly rectangular in shape, however the smaller area was more interesting with three metal grills and pillars which work could be hung from in the exhibition. After visiting the space it was found that we would only be using the smaller section of Room 700.
