Pantone your Street - Cover Materials

Mock Up of Cover Materials

Placing the acetate over the top of the card cover flap helped to weigh it down.  Printing the title onto the white card meant that the design could still be seen through the acetate. Moving 'Pantone' to above the rest of the title reflects how the headings and sub headings are laid out within the booklet.

The coloured section on the acetate matches the thickness of the card flap allowing none of the image to show through under the colour. The darker or lighter section??????

The colour block on the back of the acetate matches the front to keep consistency.

Using the acetate on the front cover created problems when deciding how to bind the booklet. Stapling the design seemed like the most logical solution however it was difficult to do this so that they were central along the spine. Stitching the design made the spine really raised, which didn't look very professional, it also started to crack the print on the acetate.
