Folder Design
It was found that the title typography for the cover would not fit next to a vertical image as within the newsletter. Instead it was considered that a landscape image could be used to allow ore space for the typography as well as creating a wider view of a patch, allowing for a greater sense of immersion within the image itself.

Originally it was considered that using the patch ornament to the side of the title would act almost as a bullet point highlighting the title.
Using 'City Patch Projec't on the folder then 'member' separately makes the charity / project clear whereas in the previous design the name of the project could only be seen in the logo in the corner.
Having 'Member' in such as large point size did not allow enough contrast between this and the title. As the logotype / project name was already used in the design the logo would be used on its own rather than with the logotype again.
Aligning the title to the left of the design matched how other titles aligned to images or the edge of the page.
Reducing the size of member allowed for more contrast between this and the title.
Placing an element in each corner of the space above the image created balance between elements. Placing the patch ornament above the title reflects the titles within the newsletter and its cover. Using the whole logo in the corner in only green looked more subtle than using the full colour logo.
