Feedback on work so far
It was said that my work clearly suggests a journey through the use of the lines within the publication. It was suggested that perhaps, if I was having problems with the scales of the lines and the limited amount of places along the beach, which were leaving empty spaces within the publication, I could make the design more functional like the London Tube Map and adapt the lines to suit the needs of the book. The tube map is not to scale however does have all the necessary information for people to use and understand fully. It was also suggested that if I was to do the Concertina format then the content doesn't necessarily have to be in the same place as where the location is and instead can be spread out to fill gaps. Lines can then be drawn from these to the actual locations. It was said to the group that it was important to discuss the potentials and limitations of the different techniques that we were using.
