Meeting 4 and Meeting with Tutors
Feedback on designs:
- It was suggested that the schedule design with the one long box and bubbles arranged in a column had the strongest layout, however there would need to be changes to elements of the hierarchy.
- Between days three and four it was said that it got confusing which information went with which bubble.
- Naturally it was said the eye thinks that the information above the bubbles is linked to that day which it isn't in this case.
- It was suggested that perhaps all of the bubbles could come down from either side of the box to create a clearer design.
- Adjusting the spacing between each of the days would also make it clearer as to which pieces of information went with each day and would help break the design up more.
- use the square bubble design as this fits more with the other elements within the design
- use the original shadow
- have the schedule on the outside wall next to the door rather than inside the room
- use the branding logo on the podium
- use the branding logo on the wall in the room, potentially with the dates
- Use the schedule design in the long box rather than breaking it into different boxes. Adjust the spacing to make it clearer which people are coming on which day. Potentially shorten the shadow / revert them back to the original shadow. Make all the shadows so that they go all down or all up. Having the text above the bubble makes the hierarchy stronger.
- use smaller logos elsewhere in the other rooms.
Meeting with Tutors
- use only the cyan and magenta as the yellow isn't going to show up very well on white paper
- brand water bottles?
- get in contact with the people coming and make sure images are ok to use / get other ones from them
- clean up space
